1:Error spawning 'cmd.exe'
解决方法：
TOOLS-->OPTIONS-->
Projects and Solutions -> VC++ Directories page and place this rows:

$(SystemRoot)\System32
$(SystemRoot)
$(SystemRoot)\System32\wbem

2：no found MSVCR80D.dll
解决方法：

刚才试了，其实只要TOOLS-->OPTIONS--><br />
Projects and Solutions -> VC++ Directories page and place this rows:添加 $(SystemRoot)\System32<br />
Error spawning 'cmd.exe'问题就消失
