什么是NTP server？
Network Time Protocol简称（ntp），是一个能使计算机之间实现时间同步的协议，发布这个校准时间的服务器就是NTP server！
在windows的时间设置选项中能看到一个功能叫“internet时间”，这个功能就是从微软的时间服务器来校准时间的。
一般来说客户端与时间服务器之间的时间误差应该在几十毫秒以内，如果时间服务器在美国或者欧洲，误差可能稍大一些。
国内的NTP Server
国内的NTP Server基本都属于科研教育机构所有，普通社会组织发布的NTP Server并不多，以下是一些国内可用的时间服务器：

这十台服务器从地理位置上说离我们最近，它们所提供给我们的时间与标准时间之间的差别也最小，在国内使用，精度完全够用！
修改windows系统默认时间服务器地址的方法
方法很简单：打开“注册表编辑器”，找到[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\DateTime\Servers]，
在右侧窗格中有几个值，其中名为“默认”的字符串决定了系统默认时间同步服务器，其值为1说明默认的时间同步服务器就是1.cn.pool.ntp.org。你可以修改1-5的值为以上时间服务器地址，或者自己新建一个名为6、7、8……的字符串数值，并将数值数据定为自己所需要的时钟同步服务器域名或其IP地址。这样在internet时间设置中就能看到修改或者新添加的服务器了。
需要提醒一下，时间服务器使用udp 123端口提供服务，如果你同步时间服务器失败可以检查一下本地的防火墙是否禁用了udp 123端口
